Jackson Street closed for 4 days
7/29/2004Jackson Street will be closed to westbound traffic between Huron and Erie streets for four days beginning at 6 a.m. today.
The road closure is related to the resurfacing of Erie and will allow a contractor to install brick crosswalks. Jackson will reopen to traffic by 6 a.m. Monday.
No detour will be established for downtown traffic affected by the closure, the city's transportation division said.
