Perrysburg: Council allows station with store, car wash

Perrysburg City Council OK'd a gas station with a convenience store and car wash on the northeast corner of Roachton Road and State Rt. 25.

The location has highway commercial zoning, which allows gas stations, but the zoning code says the council must grant permission for a car wash and a convenience store with alcoholic beverages.

Plans call for a 3,200-square-foot store and a restaurant counter that will serve sandwiches.
