1 cups diced stemmed strawberries
cup diced mango
cup diced red bell pepper
1/3 cup diced red onion
cup roughly chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon sugar
teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons tequila, optional
In large bowl, combine all ingredients and stir together
with a wooden spoon. Refrigerate, covered, up to 8 hours.
Serve as a dip with sweet potato chips or with grilled fi sh,
shrimp, or chicken.
Yield: 3 cups
