Roby's Nite Club, 601 East Broadway, inspected Sept. 3. Critical violation: Eggs stored above juice and soft drink boxes in walk-in cooler. Eggs must be stored below ready-to-eat products to prevent cross-contamination. Inspector: Jennifer Gottschalk.

Marco's Pizza, 3510 Dorr, inspected Sept. 15. Critical violations: Employee observed handling pizza topping with bare hands, gloves must be used when handling ready-to-eat foods. Provide sanitizer testing strips for sanitizer. Inspector: Bruce Heiser.

The Dock House, 900 Anchor Pointe Rd., Curtice, inspected Sept. 3. Critical violations: Dishmachine not dispensing sanitizer at time of inspection. Contract repair to evaluate. Do not use machine until it is dispensing at proper strength. Discontinue storing baked potatoes on top of pan of raw fish. Store all foods according to cooking temperature. Never store raw meats and cooked foods in same container. Inspector: Jaclyn Kistler.

Briskets, 2474 Navarre, Oregon, inspected Sept. 3. Critical violations: 23 items found out of temperature in the two-door cooler. Contact maintenance to repair. Items discarded. Discard spoiled chocolate milk and moldy beets. Rotate stock to prevent spoilage. Keep all hot and cold foods covered while in storage to prevent contamination. Inspector: Kistler.

Sterling Store, 1444 West Alexis, inspected Sept. 15. Critical violation: All opened, potentially hazardous, ready-to-eat food items must be date marked with date of expiration and discarded 7 days after opening. Inspector: Stephen Perrine.

Cottage Inn Pizza, 3165 Navarre, Oregon, inspected Sept. 14. Critical violations: Drinks and sandwich stored among food stock in walk-in. Designate an employee shelf to store all employee items in walk-in cooler. Mustard requiring refrigeration held in squeeze bottle at room temperature. Store all perishable products in cooler. Inspector: Kistler.

Consaul Food Mart, 2625 Consaul, inspected Sept. 14. Critical violations: 12-packs of soft drinks stored on floor in walk-in cooler. Store all food products off floor to aid in cleaning and prevent contamination. Store baby food, formula, and cereal above shampoo, baby oil, etc. to prevent contamination. Inspector: Kistler.

Marco's Pizza, 1316 Michigan, Waterville, inspected Sept. 14. Critical violations: Thoroughly clean and maintain ice machine. Mold found at time of inspection. Hair restraints must be worn by employees working with food. Inspector: Sara Becker.

Bambino's Pizza, 2208 Airport, inspected Sept. 14. Critical violations: Food employees wearing bracelets; employees are not to wear jewelry on their arms or hands. Employee without a hair restraint; food employees are to wear proper hair restraints to protect food from fall contaminants. No bare hand contact with ready-to-eat food is allowed; use gloves on both hands when handling ready-to-eat food. Inspector: Cynthia Garcia.

Ottawa Hills Shell, 4310 West Central, inspected Sept. 13. Critical violations: Packaged sandwiches must be date marked. Provide list of ingredients for donuts. Inspector: Herzberg.
