Wyandot County wreck leaves 4 hurt, 1 critically

A Sycamore, Ohio, man remained in critical condition yesterday after a two-car crash in Wyandot County Tuesday night.

Bryan Lawrence, 40, was admitted to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, a spokesman there said.

Three other people were injured in the wreck, which occurred at about 8 p.m. on State Rt. 231 and County Road 16 in, according to the Bucyrus post of the Ohio Highway Patrol.

Mr. Lawrence was driving east on County Road 16 when he ran a stop sign at State Rt. 231, police said.

A southbound car driven by Tabitha Babcock, 32, of Sycamore, collided with the Lawrence auto.

Mr. Lawrence's passenger, Leigh Foust, 23, and Ms. Babcock and her passenger, Cassie Babcock, 13, were treated at Wyandot Memorial Hospital, a hospital spokesman said.

The crash remains under investigation.
