Firefighters tend David Besancon of Toledo after his car collided with another and flipped at Huron and Magnolia streets. Mr. Besancon was going west on Magnolia, allegedly failed to stop for a stop sign, and collided with the car. Witnesses said a truck making a delivery was parked the wrong way on Magnolia, blocking the sign. No citations were issued.
