The Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services Board of Lucas County has selected Thomas Bartlett, its director of business operations, to be the agency's executive director.
He begins the job April 7 and succeeds Jay Salvage, who left at the end of 2004 after 12 years to lead the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Northwest Ohio. The interim executive director has been Glen Lammon, a former ADAS board member.
Mr. Bartlett, of Springfield Township, will be paid $70,000 a year, Mr. Lammon said. Mr. Bartlett has been with the agency five years as business operations director, for which his annual salary most recently was $63,500.
The ADAS board coordinates, supports, and monitors the delivery of publicly funded alcohol and other drug prevention and treatment services.
