Huge semi-trailer rigs on the ground are dwarfed by the elements of construction on the Greenbelt Parkway entrance ramp to the new I-280 bridge, Veterans Glass City Skyway, in North Toledo. The Ohio Department of Transportation plans to close I-280 to through traffi c starting in June, for work on the overhead portions of the bridge over the Maumee River.
