BOWLING GREEN - A developer planning to build a residential subdivision at Niederhouse and Thompson roads in Perrysburg Township is asking the Wood County Planning Commission to recommend rezoning the land from agricultural to R-3.

The planning commission will take up the matter when it meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday in the County Office Building.

Kurt Miller, of Miller Diversified, wants 41 acres at the northwest corner of Niederhouse and Thompson rezoned to develop a subdivision with 90 single-family lots.

Also on the commission's agenda:

●Riverbend Lakes LLC has submitted a re-plat of plat one of Riverbend Lakes that corrects the rear yard setbacks for the villa lots at the subdivision planned at State Rt. 65 and Roachton Road in Middleton Township.

●McCue Homes wants to amend a planned unit development footprint first approved by the planning commission in 1998.

McCue Homes said it wants to plat the living units so that they can be sold as individual lots.

The development, located on 3.78 acres along Hufford Road north of State Rt. 795 in Perrysburg Township, is to consist of 16 living units in four separate buildings.
