Holiday closings

City, county, state, and federal government offices will be closed tomorrow for Memorial Day.

Auto title offices also will be closed. The Toledo Police Department records office will be open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

A list of select services follows:

Businesses

Banks, financial institutions, and banking centers will be closed tomorrow, except for Sky Bank's banking center in Westfield Shoppingtown Franklin Park, which will be open 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Retail centers

Most shopping malls will have abbreviated hours tomorrow. Southwyck Shopping Center and Woodville Mall will close at 6 p.m. Westfield Shoppingtown will be open regular hours to 9 p.m. Westgate Village Shopping Center will be open noon to 5 p.m.

Individual stores in the malls may have separate hours.

Schools

Public and parochial schools, colleges, and universities will be closed and no classes held tomorrow.

Public utilities

Toledo Edison's office and phone service and Columbia Gas' phone center will be closed tomorrow. Service will be available only for emergencies.

Libraries

All branches of the Toledo-Lucas County Public Library will be closed today and tomorrow.

Mail service

There will be no mail delivery or mail collection tomorrow, and no window service at the Main Post Office or any of the classified stations or branches. The bulk mail acceptance unit will be closed. Express Mail will be delivered 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. tomorrow.

Bus service

Toledo Area Regional Transit Authority buses will operate on a holiday schedule tomorrow.

Trash pickup

Trash pickup will be delayed one day all week in Toledo and outlying areas.

Ottawa Hills regular Monday-Tuesday trash pickup will be delayed to Tuesday-Wednesday.

Parking

Meter parking in downtown Toledo will be free tomorrow.
