This year's Pharm Lights the Night/FamilyFest along the Maumee River in downtown Toledo will include a number of activities that begin tomorrow at 1 p.m. in Promenade Park.

A six-piece pop-rock band called On the Beach will perform at 6:30 p.m., and the fireworks celebration is set for about 10 p.m. The fireworks can be viewed all along the river downtown.

Here's a rundown of other northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan holiday weekend activities:

Adrian: Parade begins at 9 a.m. tomorrow at Maumee and Greenly Streets and finishes at the Lenawee County Fairgrounds. Food, games, and entertainment all day at the fairgrounds, with fireworks at dusk.

Blissfield: Fireworks at dusk July 8 at Ellis and Clara Bachmayer Parks as part of the River Raisin Festival, which runs until July 10.

Bowling Green: Fireworks at dusk tomorrow at the Bowling Green State University intramural fields.

Clyde: Celebration at Community Park today, including a volleyball tournament at 10 a.m., free pool admission from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., a classic car show from 2 to 6 p.m., and music. Fireworks at dusk.

Findlay: Fireworks at Hancock County Fairgrounds at dusk today. Festivities from noon to 10 p.m. tomorrow at Riverside Park, including patriotic music, family races and games, and free canoeing and swimming.

Fremont: Festivities begin with a free Toledo Symphony Concert Band concert with cannon-fire accompaniment from 2 to 3.30 p.m. tomorrow at the Hayes Presidential Center. Parade at 5 p.m. at Birchard Park. Fireworks at dusk can be viewed from Walsh or Roger Young Parks.

Grand Rapids: Ride on the canal boat "The Volunteer," listen to brass band music, and watch blacksmiths, wood carvers, and candle makers at work between noon and 5 p.m. tomorrow at Providence Metropark.

Hillsdale: Festivities include a tractor pull at 2 p.m. today and fireworks at 10 p.m. tomorrow.

Lima: Celebrations begin at 9 a.m. tomorrow at Faurot Park with a 5K fun run-walk, and include food, music, sports, and a kids' zone. Fireworks at 10 p.m.

Maumee: Pre-fireworks party from 6 to 9 p.m. today on Wayne Street, just east of Conant Street, including food, music, and kids entertainments. Fireworks at dark on the Maumee-Perrysburg bridge. Bridge closed to traffic from 8 to 11 p.m.

Napoleon: Festivities run through tomorrow at Glenwood Park and include basketball, golf, and softball contests, music, and games. Pre-registration required for some events. Fireworks at 10 p.m. tomorrow.

Norwalk: Parade at 10.30 a.m. tomorrow starts at Main Street School and ends at the Huron County Fairgrounds. Fireworks at dusk.

Ottawa: Celebration at Country Acres Golf Club from 7 p.m. today, including rides and food. Fireworks at 10 p.m.

Perrysburg: War of 1812 re-enactments at Fort Meigs State Memorial Park from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. today and tomorrow. Live music at 8 p.m. today. Fireworks at dusk today from the Maumee-Perrysburg Bridge.

Port Clinton: Music and ice cream from 6 to 8 p.m. today at the gazebo in Adams Street Park. Parade at 12.30 p.m. tomorrow from Port Clinton High School, followed by food at the American Legion Hall and music at Adam's Street Park at 4 p.m. Fireworks at Water Works Park at dusk.

Put-in-Bay: Fireworks and laser display at dark tomorrow at the Perry Memorial.

Sandusky: Stars and Stripes Community Celebration from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. tomorrow at Washington Street and Columbus Avenue. Fireworks at Cedar Point Amusement Park at 10 p.m., which are free with admission. Rain date July 5.

Sylvania: Star Spangled Celebration from 7 p.m. to midnight today at Centennial Terrace, including live music, food, and rides. Fireworks at 10 p.m.

Waterville: Fireworks at 10 p.m. tomorrow. Watch from behind the fire station or from Waterville Primary School on Sycamore Lane.

Wauseon: Events today include 12 and under girls softball from noon at Wauseon Ball Park, games at the public pool and fireworks at dusk at Wauseon High School's Harmon Field.

Woodville: Celebrations today at Trailmaker Park include a kids parade, fun run, and fireworks display at 10 p.m.
