Waterville: Intersections improvements planned
10/5/2005Improvements are being planned for intersections along the Anthony Wayne Trail in Waterville. Village council awarded $24,785 for engineering services to Proudfoot Associates of Toledo last week.
The contract covers plans for intersections from South Street to Mechanic Street, adding left turn lanes and upgrading traffic signals.
Village administrator Jim Bagdonas said the construction, funded with federal money through the Toledo Metropolitan Area Council of Governments, would probably not begin until late 2006.
