Teen victims identified in Hancock County crash

FINDLAY The two victims of a Monday evening crash on State Rt. 568 near the Wyandot County line have been identified as Austen Parish, 16, of Columbus Grove and Shelby Gallagher, 17, of Findlay.

Both teens were passengers in a car driven by Amber Greer, 17, of Findlay. Troopers with the Findlay post of the Ohio Highway Patrol said Miss Greer was westbound on Route 568 just before 6 p.m. when she went off the right side of the road and struck a boulder and a tree.

Miss Greer was treated in Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center, while another passenger in the vehicle, Andrew Enright, 17, of Findlay was flown to Medical University of Ohio, Toledo, where no information on him was available.

Young Parish and Miss Gallagher were pronounced dead at the scene. The crash remains under investigation.
