Schoolcraft breezes to 30-point victory over Owens women

Schoolcraft CC walloped Owens CC, 100-70, in the women's championship game of the Owens Tipoff Classic.

The Express hung in during the early going until Schoolcraft, leading 23-18, reeled off 10 straight points to take command.

Bridget Buss led Owens (1-2) with 20 points. Latoya Bidden and Tammy Anderson added 10 points apiece.

Charlese Greer scored 25 for Schoolcraft (2-0).
