Are runners compulsive? Maybe. But runners who keep running logs make perfect sense. Baseball fans track box scores for fantasy leagues or just for water cooler fodder and bragging rights. But a running summary that can help prevent injury or help identify a problem more rapidly that s perspective you can use.
