FINDLAY - Four people were hospitalized after a two-vehicle accident on State Rt. 12 in Washington Township about six miles northeast of Findlay late Saturday.

Deputy R.E. Griffin said a car, driven by Michael Giesey, 30, of Findlay, was heading west on Route 12 when it went left of center and hit a van, driven by Richard Fruth, 58, of Arcadia, Ohio.

Mr. Giesey was taken to Blanchard Valley Regional Health Center, and then transferred to the Medical University of Ohio Medical Center. An MUO spokesman said she had no information on Mr. Giesey.

Mr. Fruth was also taken to Blanchard Valley, where he was in fair condition yesterday. Two passengers in Mr. Fruth's van - Joseph Fruth, 17, of Arcadia, and Joshua Cantu, 17, of Fostoria - were treated at Blanchard Valley, a hospital spokesman said.
