A South Toledo woman whose car crashed into a utility pole Friday after she apparently had a heart attack died yesterday in Medical University of Ohio Medical Center, authorities said.

Olga Miller, 84, was pronounced dead at 3 a.m., Dr. Diane Barnett, a Lucas County deputy coroner, said. An autopsy will be performed today.

Ms. Miller was driving north in the 300 block of South Reynolds Road about 7:45 a.m. when she apparently suffered a heart attack and the car went off the east side of the road, hitting the pole, police said.

Ms. Miller s sister, Helen Sager, 78, of Maumee, also was taken to the MUO Medical Center. A hospital spokesman said she had no information on a patient by that name.
