Lightner, Outlaw to play at Owens

Scott High School graduates Kyle Lightner and Marcus Outlaw will play basketball

at Owens Community College in the upcoming season. The pair helped lead

the Bulldogs to the City League championship last season.

Lightner, a 5-8 guard, was third- team All-Ohio after averaging 16.3 points and 4.2 assists for Scott. Outlaw is a 6-8 post player and strong rebounder.
