Observed employee fixing hair with gloves on and then touching food with the same pair of gloves. Observed an open drink cup stored on prep table while employees were preparing food. All employee drinks must have lids and straws and should be stored one level below food or food contact surfaces. Observed chemical spray bottles stored on prep table while employees were preparing food. Store all chemical below food and food contact surfaces. Facility must have a knowledgeable person-in-charge at times. Three noncritical violations. Inspector: Kistler.
