Complaints spark change at Findlay market site

FINDLAY Mayor Tony Iriti said the city has made changes at the weekly Farmers Market to respond to complaints by some downtown business owners who said the market impeded traffic at their businesses.

After City Council received a letter from the businesses Tuesday night, the mayor told the council that the city has begun to limit stalls at the market to the sidewalks on the west side of Broadway.

The street will remain open and allow access to businesses on the east side of Broadway.
