Sylvania councilman resigns effective March 1
2/6/2007Mark Bula announced his resignation from the Sylvania City Council last night, effective March 1.
Mr. Bula, elected in the fall of 2005, said he is stepping down to move to Memphis, where his wife has accepted a new job.
No information was immediately available about how he will be replaced.
