Preliminary autopsy results from the Lucas County Coroner's Office indicate a Pioneer, Ohio, man did not die from injuries sustained in a single-vehicle accident Monday evening in southeast Michigan.

James T. Lehsten, 61, died of natural causes related to a history of cardiopulmonary problems, according to the report.

His westbound pickup truck left Morenci Road in Lenawee County, just east of U.S. 127, went into a ditch, and came to rest at the side of Territorial Road in Hillsdale County.

Mr. Lehsten was pronounced dead at the scene.
