Water taxi renews pact for downtown docks
6/4/2007The Maumee River Navigation Co., which runs the water taxi across the river, has renewed its contract to manage the Promenade Park boat docks for the summer season, CitiFest Inc. has announced.
The firm is accepting dock reservations for all CitFest events and will offer a short-term docking fee, as requested by boaters.
In addition, the company will offer boat docking during Toledo Mud Hens home games, spokesman Rick Brown said.
An attendant will be on duty 30 minutes before and after each game to make sure boats are secure.
