The driver of a cement truck that crashed into a tractor-trailer Tuesday in Waterville was in fair condition last night in the University of Toledo Medical Center, formerly Medical College of Ohio Hospital.

The Ohio Highway Patrol yesterday identified the cement truck driver as Michael Dunson, 55, of Jasper, Mich. The patrol identified the semi driver as Johan Klassen, 48, of Duncanville, Texas, who was not treated.

On Tuesday, a patrol dispatcher mistakenly told The Blade the semi driver was flown to a trauma center.

Mr. Dunson, who is accused of failing to stop at a stop sign, was cited for failure to obey traffic control devices, troopers said.
