The Perrysburg Board of Education will meet tomorrow morning to hire Thomas L. Hosler as the district s new superintendent.

Mr. Hosler s three-year contract will pay him $120,000 annually and will have the same cost-of-living increases as other senior administrative staff, said Walter Edinger, the school board president.

"We ve been negotiating the details of the contract and it s been a very easy negotiation both ways," Mr. Edinger said, adding that he expected a unanimous vote to hire Mr. Hosler.

Tomorrow s meeting is scheduled for 8 a.m. in the Perrysburg High School library, 13385 Roachton Rd.

Mr. Edinger encouraged school district residents to attend the public meeting.

"If people want to meet and greet the superintendent, they re welcome," he said.

Mr. Hosler, 39, has been superintendent of the Huron School District in southern Wayne County, Mich., for 7 years.

He and his wife, Robin, live in Sylvania with their four children. They plan a move to Perrysburg, where they lived in the 1990s.
