Pilkington worker in Rossford dies in forklift accident

An employee of Pilkington Group Ltd. was pronounced dead at the plant in Rossford this afternoon after an accident involving a forklift, a news release from the company said.

The company did not immediately release the name of the victim.

The Occupational Safety and Health Administration is investigating, and the company release said it would conduct its own investigation as well.
