Motorist hurt in northwest Hancock County

BLUFFTON, Ohio A motorist was hurt when a tractor-trailer rig and a pickup truck collided early this morning on U.S. 30 at State Rt. 235 in northwest Hancock County about 60 miles south of Toledo, the county sheriff s office said.

An occupant of the pickup truck, whose name and condition were not released, was taken to Lima Memorial Hospital, sheriff s deputies said.

The accident occurred about 6:30 a.m. in Orange Township. No other details were released.
