Work to delay traffic on U.S. 23 by Dundee

10/18/2007

DUNDEE, Mich. Southbound U.S. 23 will be closed intermittently early tomorrow morning south of Dundee while work crews position bridge beams during a construction project, the Michigan Department of Transportation announced.

Between 4 and 6 a.m., traffic will be halted for up to 15 minutes for the beam maneuvers at the bridge over the Indiana & Ohio Railroad, just north of Exit 13.

MDOT advised motorists to allow extra time for southbound trips out of Dundee during those hours.

Northbound traffic will not be affected.
