BOWLING GREEN - Two international students at Bowling Green State University who were killed in a van crash last month on the Indiana Toll Road will be remembered tomorrow at a campus memorial service.
Apsana Giri, 26, a graduate student in biology from Kathmandu, Nepal, and Sweety Mazumdar, 25, a graduate student in geology from Kolkata, India, were killed Jan. 2 when the van in which they were riding overturned on the snow-covered turnpike.
The service at 2 p.m. in Room 202A of the Bowen-Thompson Student Union will include a worship ceremony called a puja conducted by the Hindu Temple of Toledo.
Among those participating will be BGSU President Sidney Ribeau.
