A Grand Rapids man was killed and four people were injured, one seriously, in a two-vehicle rollover crash at Neowash and Hertzfeld roads in Waterville Township Saturday, authorities said.

Doug McCabe, 51, was pronounced dead about 2 p.m. after being flown by air ambulance to Toledo Hospital.

Elaine M. Angel, whose age and address were unavailable, was flown by air ambulance to St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center, where she was listed in serious condition.

Mr. McCabe and Ms. Angel were passengers in a pickup truck driven by Loren Angel, 63, of Grand Rapids, that was struck about 12:45 p.m. by a sports utility vehicle driven by Kimberly Torok, 50, of Delta.

Ms. Torok was northbound on Hertzfeld Road when she failed to stop for a stop sign at Neowash Road, according to troopers at the Toledo post of the Ohio Highway Patrol. Her vehicle went off the right side of the road and stopped in a field.

She was listed in fair condition at the University of Toledo Medical Center, formerly Medical College of Ohio Hospital.

The eastbound pickup truck went off the left side of the road and struck a utility junction box and then a utility pole before overturning. Mr. Angel was flown by air ambulance to the University of Toledo Medical Center where he was listed in fair condition.

Another passenger in the Angel vehicle, Janet McCabe whose age and address were unavailable, was treated at St. Luke s Hospital.
