Man fatally shot by police officer in North Toledo <font size=1><font color=red><b>UPDATED</b></font></font>
7/23/2008A Toledo police officer on Wednesday afternoon shot a man who was walking down North Detroit Avenue with a gun, police said. The fatal shooting stemmed from a domestic dispute during which the man s wife called police, officials said. The man was shot after police confronted him on the street. When they approached him, he had one gun in his hand.
