Dennis Herbster of Toledo photographs some of the flowers at the Toledo Botanical Garden on Elmer Drive.

Mr. Herbster said yesterday he tries to visit the garden, which recently announced a $40 million improvement project, every 10 to 12 days to indulge in his hobby.
