Critical violations: Chocolate milk holding at 44 degrees on ice instead of at 41 degrees or less; store in refrigerator or with ice all the way up to the product level, completely surrounding the container. Booster heater on the dish machine is not properly working; final rinse temperature reached 150 degrees only after booster was reset. Call for service placed. One noncritical violation. Burger King, 4870 Monroe, inspected Nov. 7. Critical violation: Ham was 48 degrees on the prep line at inspection and not labeled properly to hold based on time instead of temperature.
