Unidentified driver dies, passenger injured in crash near Napoleon
7/18/2009NAPOLEON Authorities Saturday still had not positively identified the person who was killed in a one-car accident early Friday morning just northwest of Napoleon.
Henry County sheriff s deputies said the auto was southbound on County Road 15 just north of U.S. 6 about 1:15 a.m. when it failed to negotiate a curve, drove off the left side of the road, and overturned.
The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. Deputies did not identify the gender of the victim.
A passenger, Toby L. Beck, 20, of Archbold, was treated at Henry County Hospital, deputies said.
