‘Beat The Heat' drive tries to prevent litters
2/16/2010Humane Ohio, a local nonprofit spay/neuter clinic, has planned a “Beat The Heat” promotion and will spay female cats this month for $20 in an effort to prevent unwanted litters.
The special rate for female cats applies to residents of Lucas and Wood counties.
