American bulldog mix, white/orange female, “failed behavior evaluation,” Wellington, Toledo, running at large.

“Pit bull” mix, white female, “aggressive,” Galena, Toledo, running at large.

Sheltie/retriever mix, black male, “fearful,” Grand, Toledo, running at large.
