NLL roundup: Batt leads Bowling Green to 35-0 rout of Fostoria

FOSTORIA - Derek Batt ran for two touchdowns and passed for a third score, and also ran for a pair of two-point conversions to lead Bowling Green to a 35-0 victory over Fostoria on Friday night.

Batt scored from five yards out in the first quarter, then hit Cole Jennings with a 51-yard touchdown pass in the second period, and followed that up with a run for the extra points and a 14-0 lead.

Batt added a six-yard touchdown run and another two-point conversion to help stake Bowling Green to a 22-0 halftime lead over the Redmen.

Jennings had a 95 yard interception return for a touchdown in the final period, and the Bobcats closed out the scoring with a 12-yard touchdown pass from Andrew Dennis to Derek Schroder.

Eastwood 63, Rossford 0

PEMBERVILLE - Zach Conkle and Marquise Pitts each scored three touchdowns for Eastwood, which led 28-0 after one quarter.

Conkle finished with 143 rushing yards on 12 carries, and Pitts had 92 yards on nine attempts. One of Pitts' TDs came on a 27-yard pass in the first quarter from Matt Klink.

The Eagles (1-1) rolled up 404 offensive yards to Rossford's 81. Also scoring touchdowns were John Rogers, Adam Krukemyer and Isaiah Conkle.

For Rossford (0-2), DJ Recknagel was 3 of 11 passing for 21 yards and rushed for 39 yards on 13 attempts.
