BGSU women fall to Central Michigan

CLEVELAND -- The Bowling Green State University women's basketball team lost to Central Michigan 69-66 Friday in the semifinals of the Mid-American Conference tournament at Quicken Loans Arena.

Chrissy Steffen and Alexis Rogers each had 14 points for the top-seeded Falcons, who are 24-6, while Jessica Slagle added 12.

Freshman Crystal Bradford nearly had a triple-double for Central Michigan (20-14), finishing with 20 points, 12 rebounds and eight assists. Taylor Johnson had 14 points, 12 in the first half, while Jas'Mine Bracey and Niki DiGuilio each added 12.
