Blade joins Food Stamp Challenge

Could you live on a food budget of $23 a for five days? That's the question facing Blade staff members as they participate in the Food Stamp Challenge.
Ohio’s Community Action Agencies are organizing the Food Stamp Challenge April 30 through May 4 to give participants a view of what life can be like for people living on a limited income.
