    Mercy Emergency Services Medical Director Dr. Daniel Neumeyer said the participants, from Mercy Health St. Vincent Medical Center and the University of Toledo, received hands-on training to give them a better sense of what happens to patients in a potential emergency situation before they arrive at the hospital for treatment. Firefighting, EMS, and hazmat training were included.
