20 indicted in heroin trafficking

Local and federal law enforcement agencies announced that a 57-count indictment was filed Tuesday, charging 20 people — 19 from the Toledo area — with engaging in an interstate heroin operation that, since as early as 2001, trafficked at least 20 kilograms of heroin from Mexico and California to Toledo.
