51 Toledo fire recruits sworn in

Fifty-one men and women were sworn in Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013, as the newest members of the Toledo Fire and Rescue Department. The ceremony, which started at about 9 a.m., was held at One Government Center. CLICK ANY IMAGE TO VIEW FULL PHOTO, START SLIDE SHOW.
