'Downton Abbey' tea party at Way Public Library

'I wanted something unique,' Caroline Abbott, of Perrysburg, said of her hat. Abbott found the hat at a Maumee antique store. Abbot joined dozens of other local residents in attending a 'high society' tea party in honor of the television show, 'Downton Abbey' at the Way Public Library in Perrysburg.
