Mrs. Cogle was having fun watching the storm with her husband Jess Cogle. Mr. Ellet said he was recording sustained wind speeds of 40-45 miles per hour with gusts to 55 miles per hour. Mr. Ellet also said he recorded a maximum speed of 79 miles per hour around day break.
