'The Flags of New York' by Rocky Pinciotti

Former Toledo resident Rocky Pinciotti, an artist/photographer, has lived in the neighborhood around the World Trade Center for about 15 years. For about a year after the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks Mr. Pinciotti took about 900 photos of flags in the neighborhood. The photos were eventually displayed in an exhibit called 'The Flags of New York.'
