Kasich at Toledo pro-Issue 2 rally

Ohio Gov. John Kasich, Toledo Mayor Mike Bell, and state Sen. Mark Wagoner (R., Ottawa Hills) appeared at a pro-Issue 2 rally at the Omni Midwest banquet hall Thursday, Sept. 29, 2011.
