Owens International Flag Ceremony

The International Flag Ceremony took place Nov. 13, 2012, and marked the opening of the college's International Education Week events, which included food, dancing, games, presentations by exchange students and the showing of a film. CLICK ANY PHOTO TO ENLARGE, START SLIDESHOW
