Monday memories for this week: This April 13, 1941 Toledo Times photo shows the busiest center in the Toledo district sewing project. The project employed 916 seamstresses who turned out more than half a million items during a year. The Work Projects Administration provided jobs to these workers who in turn provided garments and household articles for needy persons.
