Four-legged spokesman: "LET'S PLAY IT SAFE" Toledo Traffic Safety Committee is installing warning signs at dangerous areas in the City of Toledo where children to play. The first sign, at the intersection of Overland Parkway and Brichall and Lowe Roads prompted this serious meeting.
