David Munger and his wife, Mary Heather Munger, bought the house in June, 2013. It was built in 1849 and later deemed structurally unsafe.

The newly renovated house at 108 Pine St. in Perrysburg was originally built in 1849. Its owners, David and Mary Heather Munger, have totally redone the interior. At 1,300 square feet, the three bedroom, two bathroom house features a great room with vaulted ceilings, new maple wood floors and a renovated open kitchen.
